William Doyle Ruckelshaus was born July 24, 1932, in Indianapolis, Indiana. John Sidney McCain III was born to John Sidney McCain (1911-1981) and Roberta (Wright) McCain (1912-) in the Panama Canal Zone on August 29, 1936.
